You'll help customers find the right vehicle, deliver an outstanding buying experience and turn genuine conversations into strong sales results. You'll welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through the buying journey, showcase new vehicles through engaging product demonstrations and test drives, and provide clear advice on vehicle options and after‑sales services.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through the buying journey

Showcase new vehicles through engaging product demonstrations and test drives

Provide explicit advice on vehicle options and after‑sales services

Prepare quotations, negotiate confidently and close sales

Keep sales documentation, customer records and CRM activity accurate and up to date

Follow up leads and existing customers to build long‑term relationships and repeat business

Stay across new models, pricing, promotions and market trends

Work closely with the wider dealership team to deliver a seamless customer experience

Achieve individual and team targets without compromising customer satisfaction

About you

Sales experience in automotive, retail or another customer‑facing environment





Natural confidence and the ability to connect with a wide range of customers

A strong track record of achieving targets and converting opportunities

Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills

A solutions‑focused approach and genuine commitment to customer service

Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

A current full Australian driver licence with a clean driving record

Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when required
