Firedoor Restaurant in Sydney’s Surry Hills is seeking a Section Waiter to join our fine dining team. We are Australia’s first fully fire-powered restaurant, delivering seasonally driven menus and exceptional hospitality with every guest interaction.

You will join a team that values craft, teamwork and exact service in a busy, intimate dining room. This role requires working nights and weekends and a passion for excellence.
