Aruma is seeking an Assurance Officer to strengthen compliance, governance and ethical practice across the organisation. This full time, fixed-term role ( maternity leave cover ) offers hybrid work across the Aruma footprint with a flexible location and a 12-month contract period.
You will develop compliance frameworks, manage assurance calendars, and guide stakeholders on regulatory matters while supporting continuous improvement and risk-based decision making.
