Leogate Estate Wines is looking for a reliable, energetic and hands-on Housekeeping & Estate All-Rounder to join our team.

Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Leogate Estate offers premium wines, a Cellar Door and luxury guest accommodation in a beautiful vineyard setting.

This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, takes pride in presentation and is happy to help wherever needed. Your primary responsibilities will be housekeeping and preparing our accommodation to a high standard, while also assisting with Cellar Door and general Estate duties when required.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and preparing luxury guest accommodation

Making beds, changing linen and servicing bathrooms

Restocking guest amenities and accommodation supplies

Laundry and linen management

Ensuring accommodation is presented to a consistently high standard

Cleaning and maintaining Cellar Door and guest areas

Assisting with Cellar Door service, wine tastings and wine sales when required

Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional customer service

Restocking and maintaining presentation of Cellar Door areas

Assisting with functions, events, set-up and pack-down when required

General cleaning and presentation around the Estate

Supporting the wider Leogate team with general day-to-day duties





About you

We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, punctual and hardworking

Has a friendly, positive and can-do attitude

Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work

Is well presented and confident dealing with guests

Can work independently and as part of a team

Is physically capable and comfortable with a hands-on role

Is flexible and willing to work across different areas of the Estate

Is available to work weekends and public holidays as required

Holds a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency

Has previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, accommodation or Cellar Door work

Knowledge of wine is an advantage but not essential. Training can be provided to the right person.
