The Indigenous Player Development Manager at Sydney Swans will support the holistic development, social and emotional wellbeing, and cultural identity and connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander players across AFL, AFLW and Academy programs.
You will build confidential relationships with players and their supporters, coordinate tailored development plans, and work with coaches, wellbeing, medical and operations teams to create a culturally safe workplace for growth and performance.
