You will serve as a trusted advisor across teams to ensure measurable value and exceptional customer experiences.

You'll own post-go-live relationships, conduct QBRs/EBRs, monitor health, support renewals, and identify expansion opportunities, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate
