Australian Motorcycle & Marine Finance (AMMF) is looking for talented, customer-focused people to join our team as Direct Sales Consultants.

Whether you're a recent university graduate, an experienced customer service skilled ready for your next step, or already working in financial services, this is an prospect to build specialised skills in motorcycle and marine finance.

You don't need to know everything about finance on day one. We'll provide guided training, practical experience and ongoing support to build the capability and confidence you need to succeed.

The opportunity

As a Direct Sales Consultant, you'll be a key contact point for AMMF customers, guiding them through their finance and insurance journey and delivering an amazing customer experience.

You’ll develop specialist knowledge across AMMF Finance, Mi-Bike Motorcycle Insurance and Mi-Boat Marine Insurance, while learning to manage customer transactions from initial enquiry through to settlement.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll build capability across customer engagement, finance, insurance, applications, credit, compliance and transaction management.

What you will be doing

Deliver outstanding customer experiences across phone, email and digital channels.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate finance and insurance solutions.

Prepare quotations and guide customers through applications and documentation.

Manage customer transactions from enquiry through to settlement.

Develop knowledge of consumer finance,



credit and responsible lending.

Keep customers informed and transactions moving.

Work closely with our motorcycle and marine dealer partners.

Build the knowledge and judgement to become a trusted financial services specialist.
