Harvey Norman is seeking an experienced End User Services qualified to join the team onsite between our Silverwater and Homebush West offices. You will manage the delivery of end-user services and infrastructure, and act as the primary escalation point to resolve issues and guide the team.

You will work with Windows 10/11, O365, MDM, Active Directory and endpoint management tools, coordinating with stakeholders across the business to improve service delivery and performance.
