Quality & Compliance Officer (People & Culture) - UNSW

Location: Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Full time, contract role until December 2027

Remuneration: $108k-$115k + 17% adaptable superannuation

Responsibilities include:

- Track, monitor and respond to compliance risks identified via P&C; reports and process controls
- Deliver advice and guidance to the P&C; Business Partnering Team and other client areas
- Monitor inbox and triage queries
- Develop, maintain and apply expertise in relation to Enterprise Agreements
- Assist with ongoing compliance initiatives across the University
- Contribute to policy, procedures and guidelines in line with governance

Requirements include: tertiary qualification; experience analysing data or HR metrics; advanced computer literacy with PowerBI, HR systems
