Respect’s Derwent Views in Hobart TAS is seeking a full-time Social Care Coordinator to plan and deliver meaningful social care and lifestyle activities for residents in an aged care setting.
You will work with the care team to support resident wellbeing, connection and engagement through activities that promote choice, dignity and quality of life.
The role requires a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, strong customer service, excellent communication and a cooperative approach.
