RM - Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital - Maternity ieMR Floorwalking

Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital is rolling out ieMR across its maternity services, and they need experienced midwives to support staff through the go-live process. This is a short-term contract placement running from now through to 29 November 2026, based at the hospital in Brisbane. As a Midwife - ieMR Floorwalking Support, you'll be on the ground helping clinicians transition to the new digital system, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the service running smoothly during a critical change period.

- Based at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Brisbane

Preferred Requirements

- Recent,



hands-on experience using ieMR in a fully digital Queensland Health facility within the last 12 months
- Strong understanding of maternity workflows and clinical processes
- Ability to support and guide staff through system navigation and troubleshooting
- Explicit communication skills and patience when explaining new processes to colleagues
- Flexibility to work across different shifts and areas as needed during the rollout

Preferred Qualifications

- Current registration as a Midwife with AHPRA
- Experience supporting clinical staff through digital system implementations or change management
- Familiarity with Queensland Health systems and protocols
