To be successful you must have:

- Exceptional cash handling skills, including the ability to reconcile cash/EFTPOSterminals with accuracy.
- The ability to managea shift in a fast-paced workplace and maintain staff motivation& initiative levels during non-service periods.
- An outgoing and friendly personality.
- A minimum of 2yearsrelevant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of wine (local& imported).




- The ability to demonstrate skills & knowledge,& train staff in Bar Tending Skills (Tap Beer, Service, Cocktail Making).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to develop & maintain relationships with our regular friendly locals.
- Immaculate presentation & reliability.
- Experience working within a sporting venue.
- Basic understanding of TV/AV systems.
- Experience using H&L.;
- Sound coffee knowledge &basic; barista skills.
