Ararat Shire Council is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to join the Customer Services team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and supporting day-to-day operations.
You will handle enquiries, process payments, maintain records, and support administrative tasks across the Council in a fast-paced workplace. A Certificate III in relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
