$75,000–$85,000 + monthly bonus

Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pm | 38–40 hours

Mr Sandwich 996 Hay Street is looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team.

We are a very busy, rapid-paced café, doing 300+ sales a day as well as a growing outside catering business. This is a hands-on role and we need someone who is comfortable working under pressure and keeping a team organised during busy service.

You will need:

- - Outstanding understanding of coffee and highly competent making coffee
- - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- - Experience in food production and ordering
- - Strong organisation and time management
- - Ability to lead, train and manage a team
- - Reliable, punctual and able to work well under pressure
- - A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality

Experienced applicants only – this is a full-on, high-volume café.
