Hi-Tec Oils is a proudly Australian-owned company with our head office based in Sydney and operations spanning the country. Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our QLD team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate skilled with experience in the lubricant, manufacturing, heavy equipment or industrial sectors to represent a trusted brand and drive sales success across Rockhampton and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow commercial, industrial, and automotive sales channels.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and assist with tender submissions and proposals.
- Represent the company professionally during client visits and site meetings.
- Undertake occasional regional travel.
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across a range of industries.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build an active sales pipeline and provide regular activity reporting.




- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Work independently while collaborating closely with the national sales team.

- Experience managing a customer base or territory.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
