The Role

We're looking for a skilled and committed Demi Chef to join The French Exit kitchen team.

Working closely with our Sous Chef and the wider kitchen team, you'll play a key role in delivering refined French bistro dishes with consistency, precision and care. You'll thrive in a quality-driven kitchen, bring a collaborative approach to service,



and take pride in producing beautifully executed food while supporting the wider team through busy services.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 years' experience as a Demi Chef within a quality-driven kitchen

Confidence preparing and plating dishes to a consistently high standard

Strong technical skills and experience working within structured kitchen systems

Excellent understanding of mise en place, section organisation and food safety standards

The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

A collaborative, positive attitude and genuine passion for working as part of a qualified kitchen team

Casual availability across a rotating roster, with shifts between 9:00am and midnight, including evenings and weekends
