We're looking for someone with strong client services, administration and operations skills who enjoys taking ownership, supporting a team and improving how things work.

The role

Working closely with our Managing Director, you'll:

Manage client relationships and provide hands-on relocation and employee housing support.

Lead our national team, coordinate workloads and drive service quality.

Oversee daily operations, budgets and productivity.

Lead CRM and relocation software implementation with external providers.

Improve processes through technology, automation and effective, responsible use of AI.

About you

High-level, hands-on technology skills and CRM implementation experience are essential. You can introduce new systems, improve workflows and help others use technology confidently.

You'll also bring:

Strong client service,



administration or operations experience in a busy workplace.

Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A practical, people-focused approach, commercial awareness and team leadership skills.

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Your background may be in relocation, real estate, hospitality, HR or another client-facing industry. A previous management title isn't essential if you can demonstrate the capability and initiative to lead.

Daily hours are agreed across Monday-Friday, with reimbursement for approved work-related vehicle use. Occasional agreed after-hours flexibility may be required.
