Job Description

Rossosapore Pty Ltd T/A La Stella Latticini Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets, schedules & customer requirements Oversee daily cheese production and participate in hands‑on cheesemaking Ensure consistent product quality, food safety, hygiene & compliance with FSANZ, NSW Food Authority, and HACCP requirements Supervise & lead production staff, including team leaders & shift supervisors Monitor production yields, wastage, labour costs & equipment downtime to improve efficiency & reduce costs Coordinate equipment maintenance, troubleshooting & operational improvements Ensure production procedures , records & product traceability requirement are maintained Investigate production issues & implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Monitor staff performance, training ,



workplace safety & adherence to company procedures Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
