Eurowerke is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our established European specialist workshop in Castle Hill.

For 16 years, our family-owned business has built a strong reputation in the Hills District for quality European servicing, repairs, diagnostics and performance work.

Working predominantly with BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, our workshop handles everything from routine maintenance and mechanical repairs through to advanced diagnostics, performance upgrades and bespoke vehicle builds.

We’re particularly interested in hearing from experienced Automotive Service Advisors who can confidently step into a busy workshop workplace, manage customer relationships and contribute to the smooth running of our service department.

While previous Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred, we’re also open to considering candidates with relevant automotive industry experience, strong customer service skills and the right attitude to develop into the position.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced team, you’ll play an important part in managing daily service operations and ensuring our customers receive the professional, personalised service Eurowerke is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer enquiries, service bookings and appointments.

- Preparing and maintaining job cards, repair estimates, quotations and invoices.

- Liaising with technicians to coordinate workshop jobs and monitor progress.

- Clearly explaining servicing requirements, repair recommendations and associated costs to customers.

- Providing timely customer updates and obtaining approval for additional work.





- Coordinating vehicle drop-offs, collections and customer payments.

- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.

- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our front-of-house and service department.

This is a team-oriented position where strong communication, organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building customer relationships and understands the importance of keeping a busy automotive workshop running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience within a dealership or established independent workshop (strongly preferred).

- A sound understanding of automotive servicing, mechanical repairs and workshop processes.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Confidence explaining technical information and repair recommendations to customers.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Experience with workshop management systems, job cards, quotations and invoicing.

- A professional, reliable and team-oriented approach.

- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.

Experience with European vehicles is highly regarded but not essential.
