Already good at face-to-face sales and want more control over how you work, what you earn and how you build things from there?

Bull Direct Marketing is looking for one or two experienced face-to-face salespeople to take on their own sales contract across the Gold Coast.

This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re looking for people who understand face-to-face sales, know how to approach customers and close, and can talk confidently about the results they’ve achieved.

If you’ve worked in fundraising, charity sales, door-to-door, kiosks, stalls or similar face-to-face sales roles, we’d like to hear from you.

What’s on offer

This is an independent contractor role, so you’ll work on your own ABN and have a lot of control over how you run it.

There are no set rosters or fixed trading hours. You decide how you structure your week and how many days you want to work.

Proven performers can earn $4,000+ per week, with $200,000+ annual earning potential.

Those figures aren’t guaranteed. Earnings are based on verified sales results.

Run it yourself or build a team

You can do the face-to-face sales yourself, but you don’t necessarily have to do everything personally.

As the contractor, you’ll also have the freedom to hire and train your own field sales team,



or outsource the sales activity if you prefer to manage the contract and have other people working in the field.

So for someone who wants to grow beyond selling personally, there’s scope to build your own team and manage the operation yourself.

How it works

You’ll manage your own sales patch and your own week.

You’ll also book your own free retail sites. You don’t need previous experience doing this. We’ll show you how the process works and what to do, then you’ll manage your own bookings from there.

The significant part is that you’re comfortable working independently, taking ownership and managing things without needing someone organising your day for you.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll need:

- At least 6 months of genuine face-to-face sales experience
- Previous commission-based sales experience
- A track record you can talk us through
- Confidence approaching and speaking with people
- The ability to manage yourself and your own week
- An ABN, or willingness to get one before starting
- Your own reliable car and current driver’s licence

Experience leading or training salespeople is a bonus, particularly if you’re interested in building your own team, but it isn’t essential.

This role suits someone who already understands sales and wants more control over how they work, whether that means selling themselves, building a team, or a combination of both.
