Chainwire Machine Operator

We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded Chainwire Machine Operator to join a well-established fencing manufacturer based in South West Sydney.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, has a practical approach to problem-solving and wants to join a busy manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

- Operating chainwire fencing machinery to manufacture fencing mesh.
- Loading steel wire and monitoring the production process.
- Adjusting machine settings and monitoring product quality.
- Rolling, cutting and preparing finished fencing for dispatch.
- Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

About You:

- Mechanically minded with a hands-on approach.




- Previous machine operating experience is essential.
- Experience working with steel in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical role.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and willing to learn.
