We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated Professional to join our Property Management team as a Leasing & Administration Officer.
You're an organised professional who:
- Has strong customer service and administration skills
- Is reliable, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Takes initiative, follows tasks through to completion and works well both independently and as part of a supportive team
- Can confidently answer incoming phone calls, greet walk-in clients and provide a welcoming first point of contact at reception
- Can provide skilled administrative support to the Property Management team and communicate professionally with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Is willing to learn the property leasing including processing tenancy applications, conducting reference checks and assisting with vacancy management and marketing coordination
- Understands the importance of legislation, compliance and accurate record-keeping
- A current QLD Real Estate Licence and current drivers licence are highly desirable
Salary
Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) + performance-based incentives.
