Our specialist practice is looking for a warm, friendly, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

- Casual position, working 1-2 days per week
- Flexibility to provide additional cover during periods of leave is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcoming patients, answering enquiries with empathy, and making sure everyone feels supported.

Efficiently managing clinic schedules, referrals, patient files, and bookings to keep the practice running smoothly behind the scenes.





Working collaboratively alongside our clinical team to manage daily workflow in a busy specialist setting.

Handling phone calls, processing correspondence, billing, Medicare, ECLIPSE claiming and maintaining an organized front-desk environment.

About You

- Previous medical reception or healthcare administration role is desirable
- Proficient computer skills and experience using "Genie" software preferred
- Sound understanding of Medicare, ECLIPSE and Private Billing
- Is organised, detail-focused and able to follow processes accurately
- Communicates professionally and with empathy
- Warm, friendly and positive approach working in a team to support our busy specialists
- A high level of discretion and respect for patient privacy and confidentiality
