Mind Australia is seeking a part time Team Leader for the Youth Residential Rehabilitation Service (YRRS) in Caboolture. You will guide a dedicated team delivering recovery-oriented supports to young people aged 16–21, supporting families and carers throughout the recovery journey.

You will provide supervision and coaching, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with clinical partners to achieve positive outcomes.
