Job Description

This is a well-funded AI software company that helps enterprise engineering teams automate meaningful parts of their development work. After building a strong customer base overseas, the business is now establishing a local presence in Australia.

This role suits a senior seller who wants to help build something early. You'll win the first key accounts, then grow the team as the business scales.

The Opportunity

- Shape the Go-to-Market: You'll help define which industries and accounts to focus on locally, and how to position the product for Australian buyers.
- Sell to Technical Leaders: You'll work with CTOs and engineering leaders who are working out how AI fits into the way their teams build software.
- Grow a Team Over Time: As the pipeline builds,



you'll have the opportunity to hire and lead the sellers who join you.
- Close to the Product: You'll work closely with the wider leadership and product teams, so customer feedback from Australia has a real voice.

What You'll Bring

- Enterprise Software Sales Experience: A solid record of closing complex deals with technical buyers, ideally in developer tools, cloud, data or AI.
- Technical Comfort: You can hold credible conversations about software development, security and governance with engineering leaders.
