JT EXCELLENT CLEANING SERVICES PTY LTD JT EXCELLENT CLEANING SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, coordinate cleaning staff schedules, maintain employee records, manage invoices and documentation, liaise with clients and suppliers, support recruitment and staff administration, and ensure efficient business operations while maintaining compliance with relevant workplace policies and procedures. Task & responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.

Coordinate cleaning staff schedules, attendance and work allocation.

Maintain employee records, contracts, timesheets and business documents.

Manage invoices, expenses, office supplies and administrative budgets.

Liaise with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate business records.





Develop office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.

Support management with operational planning and business administration.

Qualification & experience

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in office management or administration. Qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field is desirable.

Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills. Experience managing staff schedules, records, invoices and office documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.

Ability to multitask, solve problems and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
