Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end client migrations within a complex, regulated financial services workplace. The role will work across Product, Technology, Operations, Financial Crime, Treasury and Service Transition teams to drive migration planning, onboarding readiness, testing, cutover and implementation activities.

The successful candidate will provide clear delivery governance, manage multiple workstreams and dependencies, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end client migration plans, timelines, milestones and cross-functional dependencies.
- Run client working groups and provide clear, regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate client onboarding activities and conduct readiness assessments across relevant teams.
- Oversee testing, operational readiness, cutover planning and implementation activities.
- Manage risks, issues, decisions and escalations through the appropriate governance forums.




- Coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Financial Crime, Treasury and Service Transition.
- Maintain delivery plans, governance reporting and implementation documentation throughout the migration lifecycle.

Experience & Skills Required

- Solid project management experience delivering complex migrations or transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across both internal and external teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Solid understanding of project governance, status reporting and delivery planning.
- Experience coordinating testing, operational readiness, cutover and implementation activities.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency and escalation management capability.
