South West Radiology (SWR) is seeking a Full Time Receptionists to join our Lidcombe clinic, working weekday (Mon–Fri, 8am–5:30pm) and weekends (8am–12:30pm). Please note that this clinic opens in 2027 so the successful candidate will need to work at other sites until then.

What you’ll be doing:

- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings and patient flow with precision
- Handling enquiries and payments confidently
- Supporting our clinical teams to deliver exceptional care





What we’re looking for:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong admin and computer skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Customer service experience is essential
- Medical or radiology reception experience
