- Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, service level agreements, legislative requirements and company standards.
- Lead the identification, management and mitigation of operational risks and ensure issues identified through site and operational reporting are addressed effectively.
- Review and improve operational processes, systems and technologies to increase efficiency, productivity and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor and develop a diverse national workforce, ensuring employees meet all legislative, compliance, education and professional development requirements.
- Analyse financial and operational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed business decisions.
- Oversee the division's HSEQ strategy, including the implementation and maintenance of ISO-aligned management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive a proactive safety and environmental culture while ensuring corrective actions are implemented and compliance standards are consistently achieved.

- Foster strong collaboration across the broader business and support functions to ensure aligned and efficient service delivery.
- Uphold company values, policies and the Code of Conduct, including managing performance and disciplinary matters when required.

About You

- You are an accomplished senior leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.
- You will be confident leading diverse teams, managing complex client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen a business. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality services while maintaining strong financial performance, compliance and operational excellence.
- This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of SDS and the broader SIS Group.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Leadership, Healthcare or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
- A minimum of five years' senior leadership experience within the medical, emergency response, energy, mining or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, tender management and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Strong experience negotiating and managing client contracts, service agreements and performance requirements.
