What Makes This Role Awesome

We work Tuesday to Friday, which means you get a glorious 3-day weekend every week. With multiple locations across SA and Victoria, you’ll enjoy variety, new faces, and the occasional mini work trip (yes, we’re calling it a work adventure).

What You’ll Be Doing

- Chairside assisting (you’ll be right in the action)
- Clinical prep + record collection
- Patient care and management — with chances to learn treatment coordinating
- Sterilisation and instrument processing
- Keeping our clinical spaces sparkling and protected




- Charting and record management using practice software
- Answering phones + appointment management
- Processing payments
- General reception duties and be able to assist the Practice Manager and 2IC with a smile

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (must-have)
- Orthodontic experience? Big bonus
- A positive, motivated, can-do attitude
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn all things orthodontics
- Excellent communication with a caring, empathetic vibe
- Customer service superstar energy
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel locally and interstate when needed
