Job Description

Milton Lights ELC PTY LTD Northside Early Learning Centre Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Northside Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and motivated Early Childhood Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of educators, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily centre operations, staffing, rosters and enrolments.
- Lead, supervise and support educators and staff.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, NQS and relevant regulations.
- Oversee educational programs, child safety and quality improvement.
- Build positive relationships with families and the community.
- Manage administration, budgets and centre resources.

Essential Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of full-time management experience in Early Childhood Education and Care .
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Solid knowledge of childcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Current Working with Children Check or eligibility to obtain one.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly recommended .
- Relevant early childhood qualifications are required as applicable to the position.

Salary

Salary: $80000-100000
