Crystal Car Wash Employer: MS BHATTI PTY LTD ABN: 40 655 021 846 Location: 777 New South Head Road, Rose Bay NSW 2029 is seeking an experienced, dedicated and motivated Retail Manager to join our team in Rose Bay, Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily business operations, supervising employees, maintaining high customer service standards, overseeing financial and operational performance, and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

Plan, organise and manage the daily operations of the car wash business

Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, customer loyalty initiatives and other marketing activities to increase sales and attract current customers

Supervise, recruit, train and manage employees, including staff rostering and performance monitoring

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service standards

Manage business budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and support profitability and Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitor revenue and expenditure, review financial performance and implement measures to improve business profitability.

Oversee customer service operations, resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction

Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional activities and customer retention initiatives

Coordinate purchasing, inventory management and supplier relationships

Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements





Maintain business records, operational reports and administrative documentation

Ensure the business complies with applicable workplace health and safety requirements, including safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment safety and employee training.

Establish and monitor customer service policies, manage complaints and implement improvements to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Identify business improvement opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement

About you

An AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management or a relevant discipline, or substantial relevant management experience

Previous experience managing a retail, automotive service and/or car wash or comparable customer-facing business

Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities

Experience in staff supervision, budgeting and customer service management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage a busy business environment

Competitive annual salary of AUD $95,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation

Full-time employment, 38 hours per week

Initial three-year employment contract
