The HSE Manager at Yorkshire Bridge is a hands-on leadership role with a seat on the executive team. Reporting to the GM – Pacific, you will lead health, safety and wellbeing across the ANZ business from the floor, not from behind a desk.
You will champion the Wellbeing & Belonging agenda, lead six Life Saving Rules, strengthen risk controls, and drive real change through incident investigations. This role suits an established HSE leader ready to step up and influence at all levels.
