Location: West Melbourne Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
- preparing and cooking food
- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- discussing food preparation issues with Managers and wait staff
- explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- freeze and preserve foods
