Estia Health Wattle Glen in Melbourne's north-east is a welcoming home offering a warm, country‑living environment. As a Care Director, you will draw on your clinical background to improve residents' wellbeing and lead the team, reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager.
This is a full time role (Mon–Fri, office hours). You will oversee the clinic, develop care programs, train staff, manage budgets, and support families while upholding high care standards.
