Challenger Services Group is seeking a hands-on Sanitation Supervisor to lead cleaning and hygiene operations in a large-scale food production facility in Mascot, NSW. You will manage a sanitation team, drive compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, and safety requirements, and ensure audit readiness across production, kitchens, and warehouse.

The role is full time with a Monday–Friday roster, offering opportunities for development, ongoing training, and a strong safety culture within a trusted national
