When you join us, you’ll be part of a global team harnessing the power of scientific testing and data-driven insights to build a healthier future.The role We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our Stafford warehouse team on a full-time basis.Pay rate: $32.50 per hourThis hands-on and varied role involves warehouse operations, inventory control, order picking and packing, kit preparation, dispatch, freight coordination, truck and container loading, forklift operation, and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, replenish and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently.
* Complete inventory transactions and stock movements using warehouse and ERP systems.
* Assist with stocktakes and report inventory discrepancies.
* Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
* Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas.
* Follow WHS, dangerous goods and manual-handling requirements.
* Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and inventory accuracy.




* Support sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.The essentialsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
* A current LF forklift licence—mandatory for this role.
* Experience operating counterbalance or reach forklifts.
* Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or a similar workplace.
* Experience with picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.
* Familiarity with inventory, ERP and freight carrier systems.
* Robust attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
* A sound understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling.
* Clear communication skills and a reliable, flexible and team-oriented approach.
