About the Role

We partner with ASX100 organisations and leading global IT sector clients, delivering security services across high-risk, high-value environments such asData centres and also EABU Sites

The security team in theselocations playan important role in ensuring that the clients data integrity is always maintained.As the first point of contact visitors and contractors entering the facility,



the Security team at these locations needto leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service.

Primary duties are to screen visitors to and from the secure area with a handheld metal wand. Customer service is a focus, with some administrative tasks.

Job Location : Sydney , CBD

Shift Timings : 5:30PM -5:30AM . Shifts would be assigned based on operational requirements

Applicants with a current Baseline Clearance are strongly encouraged to apply, as the role offers the chance to uplift to an NV1 Security Clearance.

Skills and Experience:

- Must hold current AGSVA Baseline / NV-1 Clearance
- White card is required
- Customer service experience is essential
- Conflict resolution and negation skills required
- Must be punctual and responsible
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Basic to Intermediate PC skills (MS Suite)
- Compliance of all relevant company policies and procedures
- Protection of premises occupants, protection of real and personal property
- Report writing and Site patrol duties
- Greet visitors and employees and assist as appropriate
- Excellent observational skills
- Lead by example – support a safety and compliance culture
