Responsibilities

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about products, pricing, availability and order status
- Assistingcustomers with product selection, recommendations, and technical inquiries
- Processing of complexcustomer orders accurately and efficiently in SAP
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives, providequotesandprepare sales orders
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers
- Maintainaccurateand detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and communicationsin our CRM

Skills & Experience

- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles
- Excellent attention to detailand ability toenter complex customer orders accurately into our systems
- Previousexperience with sales of metal roofing, sheetmetal or related products preferred,but not essential
- Proventrack recordof delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively




- Self-driven worker that also works well as part of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Strongcomputer skills,knowledge of SAPisaplus
