Quantum Behaviour is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants, improving quality of life and goals attainment. You will work with clients, their networks, and our clinical team to assess needs and create person-centred plans.
The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification, at least 2 years’ experience with complex behaviour supports, travel readiness and NSW driver’s licence.
