VLA in Melbourne CBD is seeking an Intake Specialist to join the Client Intake and Information team. This fixed-term, full time role provides information on a wide range of legal matters, referrals to lawyers, and support via phone, web chat or in person.
You will welcome clients, assess their needs using trauma-aware communication, and help connect them with appropriate services. The role requires resilience and empathetic guidance in diverse, sometimes distressing situations.
