Norso Pty Ltd Position: Retail Store Manager. Salary: $80,000 per year + Superannuation Hours: 38 hours per week, Full-Time Location: Shop 2/69 Holbeche Rd, Arndell Park Shopping Centre, Arndell Park, Blacktown NSW 2148 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required Norso Pty Ltd T/A Subway Arndell Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager (General) (ANZSCO ) to lead daily store operations, manage staff, and drive business growth at our Arndell Park location. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, high-quality fresh food, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee daily store administration, manage roster schedules and staff training, control inventory and supplier orders, ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and implement operational strategies to maintain profitability and brand excellence.

Responsibilities

- Determining product mix, stock levels, and service standards tailored to store requirements.
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and local marketing strategies while setting product pricing within franchise parameters.




- Promoting and advertising the store's products and services to expand local customer reach.
- Serving food and beverages to customers, managing counter sales, and advising on menu items.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily stock levels, inventory counts, and financial transactions.
- Managing and undertaking store operational budgets and cost-control measures.
- Controlling the recruitment, training, roster scheduling, and direct supervision of store personnel.
- Ensuring strict adherence to workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations and food safety compliance standard.

Qualifications & Experience

- A formal qualification in Hospitality Management, Management, or a related discipline. (minimum Diploma level or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant qualified experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a related supervisory hospitality services role.
- Strong operational knowledge of cafe, restaurant or fast-food principles, infection control standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Demonstrated skills in staff supervision, operational planning, staff allocation, and resolving customer service issues.
