The Sir John Franklin Hotel, Kapunda, is seeking a capable Venue Manager to lead daily operations across food, beverage, gaming and events, balancing guest experiences with solid team leadership and sound commercial decisions.

You will recruit and coach a confident team, manage rosters and wages, monitor sales and budgets, work with the kitchen, ensure licensing and safety standards, and build relations with locals and suppliers while promoting community events.
