Barcaldine Regional Council seeks a Regional Community Care Services Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality, client-focused care across Barcaldine. You will supervise staff and volunteers, oversee planning, monitor funding and ensure compliance with relevant aged care, NDIS and quality standards.

You will collaborate with participants, families and agencies to support positive outcomes while maintaining privacy and a safe team workplace.
