Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) in Queensland seeks a Social Worker - BiOC to deliver culturally secure services to women and families through the Mums and Bubs hub and Birthing in Our Community program. You will support a multidisciplinary team and conduct assessments, planning and referrals.
You will work within strength-based and trauma-informed approaches, develop case management plans, and contribute to program activities.
