Mind Australia is seeking a passionate Team Leader for the Youth Residential Rehabilitation Service (YRRS) in Caboolture. You will lead and support a team delivering recovery-oriented services to young people, families and carers, providing supervision, coaching and practice leadership to staff.

You will oversee daily operations, rosters, handovers and reporting, while collaborating with clinical partners. This role focuses on empowering youth to progress toward independence and recovery goals.
