A03 Business Support Officer | Caboolture | $51.12/hr + Super

Location: Caboolture

Pay Rate: $51.12/hr + Super

If spreadsheets, systems, and problem-solving are your thing, this could be your next opportunity We're looking for an A03 Business Support Officer to join a busy and supportive team, helping manage work orders, financial adjustments, billing accuracy, and operational processes that keep services flowing smoothly.

You'll Be Doing:

- Investigating and resolving work order exceptions and discrepancies
- Monitoring, updating, and closing work orders accurately and on time
- Supporting billing and financial processes, including journals, credits, and purchase order adjustments
- Liaising with supervisors and operational teams to keep jobs moving




- Maintaining accurate records and system data integrity
- Assisting with requisitions, sales orders, estimates, and variations

We're Looking For:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Basic finance experience, including journals, credits, or invoice validation
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success
- Government experience is highly regarded
