Production Assembly Operator - Immediate Start

A Production Assembly Operator role is available with a well-established manufacturing company located in Dingley Village. This role involves assembling products using hand and power tools, operating production machinery, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

Assembling products using a range of hand and power tools

Using drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers and other workshop tools

Drilling, fastening and working with various metal components

Operating production and manufacturing machinery

Reading and following assembly instructions and procedures

Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

Packing, labelling and moving products throughout the production process

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

About you

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing,



production, factory work or warehousing

Confident using drills, power tools and basic workshop equipment

Experience working with metal components and performing manual assembly

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

A solid work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude

Valuable physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

Full Australian working rights

A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport

Availability to start immediately

Day shift hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–2:30pm; Friday, 6:00am–12:00pm

Pay rate: $33.75 per hour
