BGIS is seeking a Building Team Leader for our Southport healthcare precinct. This on-site role leads a multi-trade maintenance team, coordinates day-to-day service delivery, and ensures safety and contractual compliance.

You will mentor apprentices, engage stakeholders, and drive high service standards in a busy, complex workplace. A trade qualification and QBCC licence are required, with supporting training provided.
