Findex is seeking a Workplace Relations Lead (ER and WHS) on an 18‑month max‑term contract, adaptable to be located anywhere in Australia with a preference for Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You will act as the senior technical authority on employee relations, WHS, threat management and immigration advice for around 2,500 people across AU/NZ.
